Question:
I am in the process of gathering all of my documents together to file
for my green card. I took the required medical for the i-693 over a year
ago, but didn't ever file for my green card.
I would now like to file and have a couple of questions:
i) Is the medical still valid? (I have the sealed envelope with the
results). It is almost two years old now.
ii) Do I need to file the I-693 initially with the other forms? Or
can I wait?
I am filing in NYC.
Answer:
Your old medical is no longer valid, and you must send the new medical
with the adjustment application package.
i) No.
ii) Now.
