What is the correct address, and to whom do we make the cheque payable to?

Question:
Which address is correct for the VSC to mail our I751 to? A: US Department of Homeland Security Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services Vermont Service Center 75 Lower Welden St. Saint Albans, Vermont 05479 (on their web page it says that that is where all application packages other than N400 should be sent to) or B: USINS Vermont Service Center 75 Lower Welden St. St. Albans, VT 05479-0001. (the petition form shows this address) Regarding the filing fee of 145 usd - To whom to we have to make it out to: A : Immigration and Naturalization Service (that is what the petition still shows) or B: Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services

Answer:
Note the two mailing addresses are the same. The office is still called the Vermont Service Center. It is all the same people doing the same things and pushing the same paper. If you want to be totally anal about it, which the Government is NOT at this point -- send it to Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Citizenship & Immigration Services.

Make the check out to "Bureau of Citizenship & Immigration Services", "Department of Homeland Security," "Immigration & Neutralization Service" or even "Department of Justice" -- the cashiers have been instructed to take them all.
