It costs neither $500 nor $50000. Typical cost for you would be 5-8K. Add a
thousand or so per family member...that will give you a working figure...it
could be more, depending on how complicated your case is...
Your question was too general to answer. You asked, how much it would
cost for attorney fees, dependents, etc. You never mentioned how many
dependents. Attorney fees differ from one to another. If you just wanted
to know how much form fees would cost, answer could be more specific.
You could check the individual form fees at www.cis.gov.
What about An Australian wishing to pursue a Greencard (currently on H1B
with Wife H4, and baby H4)
Can you guys give a rough estimate on both the legal & Filing Fees
and an Estimate, or opinion on the time
(I appreciate lots of people have already said 'the time depends on
where you are from' , or 'the cost varies depending on where you are
from' -- lets see if we can get actual guestimates for the two :)
Depends on where your filing as well, and if it's a simple case or not,
but like suggested, you can check out the forms fees on the website.
