Illegal aliens and green-card fraud?
Question:

Illegal aliens and green-card fraud?

Answer:

The illegal aliens have completely destroyed our national ID system. This was something that people thought the militia movement might do instead. Now we are getting a new national ID via the drivers license (imbedded Social Security numbers and finger prints). Liberals will come to regret the mess they have created, especial the civil libertarians.

And don't forget, there is a second part to the national ID system, the national medical ID and database.

The government clearly has absolutely no right to restrict immigration in the first place; and it is the politicians' fault that anybody gets welfare. Shutting down welfare would eliminate welfare fraud.

Pink so-called "green" cards are difficult to forge. It is much simpler to upgrade one's social security card to permanent resident, and pass onesself off as a permanent resident, by first applying a phony stamp in one's passport, which serves as a temporary "green" card. These rubber stamps read,

PROCESSED FOR I-551 TEMPORARY EVIDENCE OF LAWFUL ADMISSION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE VALID UNTIL _______________ EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZED

In red ballpoint, the Alien number is handwritten, the expiration date is the last day of the month 6 months after the date of issue; also in red ballpoint; then the code of the agent, such as CR6 below that, then the date of issue, m-dd-yy or mm-dd-yy. The letters are about 3.8 mm tall, all caps, sans serif, stamped in a red, a kind of orange red, the line for the expiration date ends above the end of the D in AUTHORIZED There are no marks of punctuation except the hyphen in I-551, the space between the lines is 2 mm; the total height of the rubber stamp message area is 32 mm and the lengths of the lines are 47.5 mm, 58 mm, 52.5 mm, 53 mm, 58 mm (from the centre of the vertex in V to the end of the date line) and 58.5 mm

Such a stamp is honoured at social security for an unrestricted social security card, and is honoured by New Hampshire DMV for a state ID card.

Nothing contained herein should be construed as advocating the counterfeiting of such an indicia in anybody's passport, however. Heavens no.

Then how come Article I, Section 8 grants Congress the right "To establish an (sic) uniform Rule of Naturalization?"

Exclusive clubs are a fact of human social organization, get used to it. The government is only acting to enforce the will of the people, a majority of whom strongly support some form of immigration control.

No right? It's just in our own self-interest and something we once did. Personally, I like to stop immigration for a period of five years, or longer. We simply do not have the economic capacity to support the current wave..many of whom are coming here for freebies.

If they don't have a marketable skill, keep'em out. We have enough freeloaders already.

The majority is WRONG so FUCK the will of the majority. The USA is NOT a private club. The government doesn't own the country. The government has no right to restrict who I can invite to live in my house, or who you can hire at your business. Neither do neighbours have any such right, so the neighbours obviously cannot delegate this non-existent "right" to the government.

Naturalization confers USA citizenship, immigration does not. Everyone is entitled to USA residence, but not everybody is entitled to USA citizenship. Furthermore, the Constitution you cite only declares what authority "We the People" who wrote it in 1787 delegate to the federal government. The federal government doesn't have permission from the ranchero or the campesino to restrict whom the ranchero can employ or where the campesino can seek work. That's between the ranchero (rancher) and campesino (farm worker.) It's none of your business and none of mine, so neither of us can delegate any of our non-existent "authority" over the matter, to any government. Therefore, we didn't.

^^ this is not a typo, nor is it wrong. According to the rules of the English language, when the word proceeds another word with a vowel, you use "an" not "a."

If the government, doing the bidding of its citizens, can decide who can be a citizen, it can decide who can come over here in the first place. There is no country in this world that does not reserve the right to do so.

I only did that so someone wouldn't accuse me of a mispelling. The "u" in uniform is not pronounced like a vowel & I'm never quite sure which rule applies & I know some rules and pronunciations have changed since the 1790s. I've also seen both "a" and "an" in front of historical.

That does make some sense. For instance, you could be living in Rome, or you could be a citizen of Rome. There was a big difference.

As many have realized, the current trend of the US government is getting this society to its knees: very close to what the societies in the medieval europe and in the former communist world were.

This BIG BROTHER restrictions are nothing new - they were common practice in feudal europe from where the founding fathers fled, and they were common practice in the communist countries where poeple had to go through an onerous process to get a permission not only to go to another country but also to move to another city!!!!

And can the government decide who will move from one state to another? Well, they will soon do!!! Once you take down this path (of restricting who can come here) you will see the restrictions on the US citizens as well!!!
