I am interested to know if someone of you have won the actualy green
card lottery and what is the best way to apply for it? I have found a
few sites and http://www.visa-greencard.com looks attractive. They do
not charge you for green card submission, but charge you after you win
the lottery. What do you think? I see many web sites with one-time fees
of up to $100 per application and where is the guarantee my application
will be filled with official green card lottery?

Exactly... use the offical entry web site when and if its announced next
year ...its all free...
Don't be so stupid to pay them, cause they won't make you to be chosen one,
use official web site - it's all free. Other like one you mentioned take
money for nothing from people which don't know how it really works.
