I am enquiry on behalf of my friend who whole family keen to migrate to
USA. They have bought a house in USA. What the requirement? I am abit
confused about Green card, visa or pr.

Answer:
Tell them to look at the US Embassy web site of the country they live in
and see what, if any, category they fall into.
I really find it hard to believe that someone can buy a house in the US
with the intent to migrate without first researching this issue.
You need to tell us a whole lot more. Where is your friend now? What
is their immigration status? What is their citizenship? What about the
same for the relevant family members? What relation are those family
members to your friend? etc.
