Question:
Court unlikely to overturn Arizona illegal immigration law?
Answer:
A federal appeals court in San Francisco was urged today
to overturn a voter approved Arizona law denying welfare and benefits
to illegal immigrants.
But a three-judge panel of the San Francisco-based Ninth U-S Circuit
Court of Appeals appeared inclined to leave the law intact.
The law requires state and local welfare workers in Arizona to report
suspected illegal immigrants to immigration officials.
Lawyers for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund
argued that the law was a "scheme" to deport illegal immigrants.
The measure passed with 56 percent of the vote in a state with porous
borders along Mexico.

It don't take an astrophysicist, to take that hint.
Gosh. A "scheme" to stop criminal activity? The horror ...
A "scheme"??? A "scheme" to induce better enforcement of laws and apprehend
criminals?
ROFLMAO!!!!
Yeah. Uh huh. Look who's scheming now, baby.
It's about time we denied those dirty wetbacks welfare and benefits.
The only benefit they need is a Winchester between their eyes.
