Your friend should contact the nearest chapter of the American Bar
Association. I would be surprised if there wasn't a chapter in Las Vegas.
Most major cities have a Bar Chapter. They will be able to recommend an
attorney to help your friend out. Check the Las Vegas phone directory to
locate the phone number.
