This attorney should be disbarred for advocating that aliens from Axis of
Evil nations ignore the law of the land. But what can one expect from
California attorneys? After all, the largest ethnic group in California is
excused from obeying the laws of the land.
So, we have immigration lawyers advising their clients to break the
law, our new security legislation no less. Too bad these lawyers'
behavior isn't addressed by that legislation.
What a peculiar bunch of lawyers these are anyway, to say that the
arresting visa overstays is probably illegal.
I just don't see what the big deal is with registering
with the INS. So what if you are an illegal alien? Its not as though the
INS has done anything to change their catch and release policy. So, go
register, spend the night in the Caboose suite, get a free meal, and you
will be back on the street first thing tomorrow morning, maybe with marching
orders and maybe not. The one thing you are certain to be leaving with is
the ambulance chasing lawyer who will get legal status for you or his rabbi
will never forgive him.
