One of the passport application question
asks; Date of most recent marriage?
and Divorced/Widowed Are these "Either
/ OR" questions? or you answer them
both? Since I am married now, I will
be putting my date of marriage. But
I am also divorced from a previous
marriage? So do I have to put in the
date for my divorce as well? I was
thinking that they maybe "Either/
OR" answers. Link if you are not married
now, you write your answer to the
2nd question and if you are, you answer
the first one?
Answer:
DATE OF MOST RECENT MARRIAGE.. put in the date you got married..
WIDOWED/DIVORCED? put in the date you was widowed or divorced..
fill in both.
Yup, it's both. And if there are any name changes involved you have
to send in documentation. (Marriage certifs., divorce certifs. etc. so
they can see what happened. ) At least that's what they told me.
