where can I get passport applications forms at?
Question:
How many times is necessary to apply for a US Passport after you requested or fill a form? And where can I get forms at?

Answer:
Post offices have the forms and you can apply at main post offices also once you fill in the form. It only takes a very short time. I forget exactly but I think a couple of weeks. http://216.200.80.33/passport_services.html (It's the US Dept. of State pages about passports, and has all the info you need.) The short answer for time - Normally, about 5 weeks. You can pay extra to have it sooner ($35 - taking about a week-10 days allowing for mailing to/from the center), though, if that's a problem. The link above has info on how to apply and apply for expedited service, and where to apply. My own experience: Submitted the passport application 09/30/05 Got my Passport 10/18/05 By the way, this was done using the cuing the "normal" way. Be advised that in some cities, the Passport application is done not through the US Postal service but the City Court.
