Question:
I am a U.S. citizen. My wife and
I are ready to file I-751 form in
order to remove the condition on
her Green Card. I have couple questions:
1) Do I need
to include copies of my naturalization
certificate or U.S. passport? The
instructions for I-751 form does
not say so, but I think that I read
to the contrary.
2) Does my
wife need to have her picture taken
(passport size picture, or in some
other format)? Again, the application
instruction does not say so, or
I could have completely missed it.
3) Is it ok
to include a CD of a trip we took
to Las Vegas with the application?
Answer:
Instructions if I remember correctly
from doing it a few years ago calls
for copies of photo identification.
Include the copy of your passport
with your photo and identification
details. Include three passport
type photos. Do NOT include DVD,
CD, VHS, etc. USCIS does not have
the wherewithal to view them or
will they take the time to do if.
Print out a few photos from it and
include your printed itinerary,
i.e. flight boarding passes, hotel
receipts, etc.
